Traveling with low-cost airlines hasits perks, but it also comes with many drawbacks. Sure, your base ticket might be cheaper, but you'll end up paying a fortune for every extra kilogram of baggage. This often results in passengers layering up with multiple hoodies, pants, shirts, and more just to avoid extra fees. TAP travelers don’t have this problem. Not only do our baggage size rules have some flexibility, but most TAP tickets already include checked luggage. So how can we help travelers stuck in low-cost predicaments, while showcasing the benefits of flying with TAP? Introducing The Low Coat, by TAPagonia —a puffy coat with double lining, designed to let travelers pack clothes inside, avoiding excess baggage fees. The Low Coat will be distributed to passengers on low-cost tickets before boarding. And each coat will feature a tag promoting TAP tickets, highlighting that luggage is already included.
